Went to a few concerts in the past two weeks. Rhymefest last week, The Changes & Girl Talk this week. Some pictures are up at flickr right now. Not a lot of great ones but here’s a preview.

At the Girl Talk show, Joe made me realize I really do not like being put in the situation where I have to be in close proximity with extroverts. The greatest advice I can give to anyone who is like me, do not go to a Girl Talk show. It was too much basically. We were standing in line for about 45 minutes with douchebags carrying around fake IDs who loathed the idea of being sober (quote: “FUCK BEING SOBER”). Wrigleyville near 1am, I guess?

I don’t know what it is with Girl Talk. At Pofo, it was a disaster and here, same sort of deal. Maybe I’m just not up to the caliber of a Girl Talk fan who seemingly are just a bunch of extroverts. I’m a lame girl who likes to have my own space and then enjoy myself. I’m partially agoraphobic, too.

Me + Crowds = Unhappy Camper

At this point, I’m hoping he plays Lolla just because more room and less of a chance I’ll have to deal with the people who were there last night.

School in two days! I don’t know if I’m prepared to go back to those oh so hip beautiful people. Goddamn trendy bastards.
